Month Announcement Videos

I started making Month Announcement Videos in July of 2019 as a way to give myself hard deadlines for publishing music and video. I used to find myself toiling over a project, spending too long on one aspect of the production. I’d burn myself out and either never finish it, or have my expectations set so high that I wouldn’t be satisfied with the final product.

Every time I post a video on the first of the month, I always see something I had overlooked, something I wish I could fix. I’ve learned to accept that all art exists in an imperfect state, and that releasing it is more important than perfecting it.

All the assets in these videos were made specifically for them - the music, animation, photos, video footage - everything. I made the font using BitFontMaker2. You can download it here.
